• We are looking for an estate manager to spearhead the operations and upkeep of the campus land and building, Facility Management and Operational services.
  
  

• Frequent Meet with the campus director to execute the plans & events.
• Monitor the day-to-day operations, Supervising all ground and house staffs, providing training, Collect day-to-day feedback and performance reviews.
• Ensure all types of maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings and campus grounds - Great leadership and management abilities.
• Applying of new strategic plans, following of university policies, rules and regulations, laws, statutes, government Liaisoning, compliance & statutory handling.
• Auditing of repairs and maintenance, Estate Management, Safety Management and other administrative related services. T
• his role demands leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of luxury property management of the whole campus.
