Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare manpower plans in coordination with functional heads and management.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction of employees.
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies and maintain an effective talent pipeline.
  • Manage employee attendance, leave, personnel records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll processing, employee benefits and statutory requirements.
  • Drive employee engagement, welfare activities and grievance resolution.
  • Manage performance appraisal and performance management processes.
  • Identify training and development requirements and coordinate learning programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Develop and maintain HR MIS and management reports covering manpower, attrition, absenteeism, recruitment and other HR KPIs.
  • Support organizational development, succession planning and talent-management initiatives.
  • Review and improve HR processes, systems and employee policies.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Administration and other departments on HR-related matters.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee information and records.
  • Support management during audits, inspections and statutory reviews.
  • Guide and mentor the HR team to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 8–12 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in a managerial role.
  • Experience in handling HR operations independently and managing a team.
  • Experience in manufacturing/operations environments will be an advantage.
