Senior Engineering Manager

Were looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the development of our internal software platform. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll drive architecture, mentor engineers, and build scalable software from the ground up while collaborating closely with executive leadership.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Full Stack Engineers.
• Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions across the MERN stack.
• Design and build scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Contribute production-quality code when required.
• Review code and maintain high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to deliver business solutions.
• Improve engineering processes, documentation, and development workflows.
• Plan sprint deliverables and remove technical blockers.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineering talent.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

• 6+ years of Full Stack Software Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN Stack).
• Experience designing scalable systems and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

• Docker & Kubernetes
• Microservices and event-driven architecture
• Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar messaging systems
• AI API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Deepgram, etc.)
• Workflow automation tools (n8n or similar)
