We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Technology Project Coordinator with 2–5 years of experience in supporting technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to facilitate smooth execution of IT initiatives. This role is well-suited for professionals who possess excellent organizational and communication skills and have exposure to software development or enterprise technology projects.

As an Information Technology Project Coordinator, you will assist in project planning, monitor progress, manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and help ensure project milestones are achieved within defined timelines and budgets. Exposure to business analysis practices and stakeholder requirement gathering will be considered an added advantage.

• Coordinate multiple IT projects from initiation through completion while supporting project managers in day-to-day execution.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify schedule deviations or potential risks.
• Coordinate communication between development, QA, infrastructure, product, and business teams.
• Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Support resource planning and ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and project dashboards for stakeholders.
• Track project budgets, resource utilization, and project dependencies where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and documentation practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and project review meetings in Agile environments.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and maintain project repositories and documentation.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO support, or project administration.
• Experience working in software development, enterprise applications, or digital transformation projects is preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Project Coordination experience across multiple concurrent IT initiatives.
• Business Analysis exposure, including requirement gathering, process mapping, stakeholder interviews, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs, or system integration concepts.
• Experience supporting cloud-based or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Knowledge of project governance, change management, and risk management practices.
