• Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information
• Check and verify travel documents and issue boarding passes
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
• Coordinate with the cabin crew and ground crew for smooth flight operations
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all safety protocols and procedures
• Help with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is clean and well-maintained
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security Requirements:
• Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy baggage
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of local languages and basic computer skills will be an added advantage
• Must have a valid passport and be willing to undergo a background check
