Open Positions:

1. HVAC, BMS & Utilities Engineer

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 12-14 Years

Key Responsibilities • HVAC system design review, Air Flow Diagrams and P&ID review

• Heat load calculations and equipment sizing

• Selection and execution of AHUs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps and Utility Systems

• BMS integration and HVAC control systems

• Installation and qualification of Cleanroom HVAC Systems

• Execution of IQ/OQ activities and documentation review

• Vendor coordination, BOQ verification and procurement support

• Material reconciliation and project execution management

Desired Skills

2 Electrical Engineer - Projects

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Electrical Engineering

Experience: 12-14 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV Electrical Substations

• Execution of HT/LT Electrical Systems including Transformers, Breakers, Bus Ducts and LT Panels

• Building Electrification Projects and Load Calculations

• Fire Alarm, CCTV, Public Address and Access Control Systems

• Review of Electrical Drawings and Single Line Diagrams (SLD)

• Preparation of BOQs, Work Schedules and Progress Reports

• Vendor Coordination and Project Management

• Quality, Safety and Compliance Monitoring

• Verification of As-Built Drawings

Desired Skills

HT/LT Systems, Substations, Transformers, LT Panels, Building Electrification, Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV, Access Control Systems, Electrical Commissioning, BOQ Preparation, Project Execution

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Hospital or Industrial Infrastructure Projects

• Strong project planning, execution and coordination capabilities

• Exposure to installation, commissioning, qualification and project management activities

• Ability to work effectively with consultants, contractors and cross-functional teams

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
