Timing : 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description :

Handle statutory compliance requirements for UK-based clients.
Prepare and file Confirmation Statements with Companies House.
Prepare and file relevant forms for statutory changes with Companies House.
Assist with incorporation of limited companies.
Create and maintain client records in database/software.
Maintain permanent files and statutory records of clients.
Prepare Engagement Letters for new clients.
Complete AML/KYC documentation and credit checks.
Handle Agent Authorisation (Form 64-8) processes.
Assist with HMRC tax registrations, including PAYE, Corporation Tax and VAT.
Send documents to clients for review and signing.
Prepare Professional Clearance Letters.
Prepare Board Minutes and Dividend Vouchers.
Coordinate with Client Managers regarding ongoing compliance tasks.
Respond to and resolve client queries related to compliance activities.
Ensure all assigned compliance tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
