JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Territory Manager – Rajkot

Reports To: RSM – Central

Role Type: Individual Contribution

Location: Central

Job Responsibilities

Achieve revenue and profitability targets through the distribution network in defined region / segment.

Manage and coach existing distributors to formulate their growth plans.

Identify new areas/platforms to expand the distribution network.

Promote new product offerings or special schemes to achieve sale growth.

Ensure distributor compliance with SKF’s policies, branding, etc

Developing and Leading sales teams (coaching / mentoring)

Executive Communication (CXOs/Top Mgmt)

Interpersonal Relationships

Revenue and Margin achievement

Bachelor of Engineering(Preferred Mechanical)

5-8 years of industrial distribution sales

Preferred industry : Industrial segment

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
