Technical Trainer UK Accounting

Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Trainer with expertise in UK Accounting to deliver high-quality training programs to our accounting teams. The candidate will be responsible for training employees on UK accounting and taxation concepts, processes, and various accounting software, ensuring strong technical understanding and practical application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training sessions on UK Accounting processes including Bookkeeping (BK), YearEnd (YE), personal tax knowledge will be an added advantage

• Conduct training on multiple accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Iris, TaxCalc, CCH and other relevant tools

• Develop training materials, SOPs, manuals, and assessment modules

• Evaluate trainee performance through tests, assignments, and practical assessments

• Identify skill gaps and customize training programs accordingly

• Provide ongoing support and refresher training to existing employees

• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure training effectiveness

• Stay updated with the latest UK accounting standards and software updates

• Willing to travel to all GI offices to conduct class room training

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of UK Accounting concepts and compliance

• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Iris, TaxCalc,Sage, etc.)

• Prior experience of training freshers with accounting background

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy understanding

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Training or mentoring experience preferred

Qualifications:

• ACCA / CA / MBA (Finance) / B.Com or equivalent

• Relevant certifications in accounting software (preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in training or mentoring teams

• Experience in UK-based accounting firms or outsourcing companies

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Location: Hyderabad, Ahmedabad

Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
