Technical Support Manager





Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute technical assignments. Each day, you will deliver technical solutions as per agreed timeline and standards using established solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the development of technical expertise solutions and services.

This role is contributing to the Motion Business based at Ahmedabad In India

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Determining offered solutions and product versions, including the extent of standard and non-standard solution scope to meet customer requirements.
• Working independently using solid competency in technologies, tools, and methods to solve critical issues.
• Supporting technical reviews and participating in core technical meetings.
• Coordinating technical support for the resolution of technical issues.
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

• Experience of failure analysis.
• Candidate must have experience of Drives/ VFD/ Servo Drives/ PLC/Application
• Candidate is open to visit customer.
• Worked on Simulation/ Work on Matlab tool
• Worked on maintenance
• Full Time BE-EE or B. Tech E&C
