We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Research Executive for one of our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Research active job opportunities across the Canadian market.

🔹 Identify hiring managers, recruiters, and HR professionals.

🔹 Generate employer leads using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, RocketReach, and other research tools.

🔹 Perform advanced internet research and Boolean searches.

🔹 Build and maintain employer relationships through professional outreach.

🔹 Maintain CRM records and recruitment databases.

🔹 Coordinate with recruiters to connect employers with qualified candidates.

What We're Looking For:

✔ 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Research, or Lead Generation.

✔ Strong Internet Research and Boolean Search skills.

✔ Excellent communication and professional networking skills.

✔ Experience with LinkedIn and lead generation tools (Apollo.io, RocketReach, etc.).

✔ Familiarity with CRM platforms.

✔ Ability to work in the Canadian Time Zone.

Preferred:

⭐ Canadian Recruitment experience

⭐ Employer relationship management

⭐ International recruitment exposure
