Support Executive

The Support Executive (Electrical & AC) is responsible for installing, maintaining, inspecting, and repairing electrical systems and basic air-conditioning equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted operations of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
• Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of electrical components such as circuit breakers, transformers, control panels, motors, and distribution boards.
• Perform basic maintenance of air-conditioning systems, including split ACs, window ACs, and ductable units (as applicable).
• Monitor AC performance and carry out activities such as cleaning filters, checking wiring, thermostats, relays, and control panels.
• Coordinate with external HVAC vendors for major AC repairs, gas charging, or overhauling work.
• Identify electrical or AC-related faults and take corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure proper functioning of electrical and AC control systems.
• Attend electrical and AC breakdowns and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection records, and breakdown reports.
• Follow all safety procedures, electrical standards, and company policies.
• Support installation and commissioning of new electrical or AC equipment when required.
  
  

• Knowledge of industrial and commercial electrical systems.
• Basic understanding of air-conditioning systems and controls.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Awareness of electrical and AC safety practices.
• Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency maintenance calls.
