Position: State Head – Car Loans (Direct Channel)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the Car Loan business for the assigned state.
• Drive business growth, revenue, disbursements and portfolio quality.
• Manage and develop the Direct Sales/DST team to achieve business targets.
• Build and strengthen relationships with car dealers, OEMs and other business partners.
• Drive customer acquisition through the direct channel and improve market penetration.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity and achievement of business targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
• Ensure adherence to credit, compliance and operational guidelines.
• Work closely with Credit, Operations, Collections and Product teams for smooth business execution.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and customer behaviour to improve business strategy.
• Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver consistent business performance.
  
  

• 5–10 years of experience in Car Loans/Auto Finance/Vehicle Finance.
• Strong experience in managing Direct Sales/DST channels.
• Experience in handling a state-level business or large geography.
• Strong dealer/OEM/channel network.
• Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
• Candidates from Banks, NBFCs and Auto Finance companies preferred.
• Good understanding of the Car Loan market, competition and local geography.
