Sr Launch Engineer- Ramp Up Imp Project Management SME

Purpose of the Role

The Sr. Launch Engineer – Ramp-up Improvement Projects SME will be part of the Lithium-Ion Cell Manufacturing Launch Integration Team, responsible for driving cross-functional (CFT) improvement initiatives across all manufacturing processes during the plant launch phase—from equipment design through commissioning and ramp-up.

The role focuses on built-in quality, yield improvement, OEE enhancement, and data-driven digital integration, ensuring a stable and efficient transition from pilot to mass production.

• Encourage close teamwork between all functions (Engineering, PMO, Commercial, Quality Management & Operation team)
• Must have 10 plus years of experience in Quality improvement, QA, Productivity improvement, Quality circle handling.
• Must be Six-Sigma Certified Black Belt.
• Strong foundation in SPC, process capability analysis (Cp/Cpk), and quality control systems
