About the role

We're looking for a social media manager who combines creative instinct with strategic thinking. You'll own the NRS presence across social platforms, from planning and producing content to building an engaged community and using performance insights to continuously improve.

Key responsibilities

• Manage NRS social media channels across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns and cultural moments
• Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit short-form content tailored to each platform
• Engage with the community through comments, direct messages and collaborations
• Identify emerging trends and adapt them in line with the NRS brand voice
• Coordinate with creators, influencers and internal teams on shoots and user-generated content
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and apply insights to optimise content strategy
• Manage communication with vendors and external agencies on a regular basis

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands
• Strong understanding of platform-native formats, content hooks and audience behaviour
• Proficiency in mobile shooting and editing; experience with tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro is an advantage
• Comfort with social analytics and data-driven decision making
• Strong awareness of digital culture and evolving content trends
• A portfolio or brand accounts demonstrating your work
