Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented SEO Specialist to manage and improve the online visibility of multiple businesses. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, WordPress, content creation, Google Business Profile, website maintenance, and YouTube SEO, with a strong focus on organic growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Management

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
• Manage and update websites using WordPress.
• Perform regular website maintenance, content updates, and basic optimization.
• Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Content & Blog Management

• Research, write, and publish SEO-friendly blogs and website content.
• Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.
• Target at least 1 quality blog per week for each assigned business.
• Optimize existing content for improved search rankings and user engagement.

Google Business Profile

• Manage and maintain Google Business Profiles (Google My Business).
• Update business information, posts, images, and other relevant details.
• Monitor local SEO performance and improve visibility in local search results.
• Support review and reputation management activities.

YouTube SEO

• Optimize and publish YouTube videos using relevant keywords, titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata.
• Target at least 1 YouTube video per week for each assigned business.
• Conduct YouTube keyword research to improve search visibility and reach.
• Basic video editing skills will be an added advantage.

Paid Advertising – Preferred

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads will be an advantage.
• Assist in campaign setup, optimization, keyword targeting, and performance monitoring when required.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in SEO and WordPress.
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
• Good blog writing and content optimization skills.
• Knowledge of Google Business Profile / Google My Business.
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and content publishing.
• Strong keyword research and competitor analysis skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple websites and content requirements.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar SEO tools will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be:

• Creative, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Strong in SEO strategy and content planning.
• Comfortable managing multiple businesses and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of SEO activities.
• Focused on improving organic traffic, rankings, visibility, and leads.
• Basic video editing skills will be a plus.
• Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
