Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the performance and efficiency of the Consumer Banking Group's special operations
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, optimize resource allocation, and enhance customer experience
• Provide subject matter expertise and advisory support to the Consumer Banking Group leadership on special projects and initiatives
• Monitor and report on the performance of special operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or operations management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, process optimization, and strategic planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools for data analysis, reporting, and project management
