JOB DESCRIPTION

The role is responsible for supporting Global Quality Management (GQM) operations by coordinating administrative, documentation, and facility-related activities to ensure compliance with global quality standards and regulatory requirements. It enables efficient functioning of quality systems by managing controlled documentation, audit records, and administrative workflows aligned with QMS expectations. The role supports inspection readiness through accurate record-keeping, document control, and coordination with cross-functional teams. It also contributes to maintaining compliant workplace infrastructure, safety standards, and vendor governance. By ensuring structured processes, data integrity, and adherence to global quality policies, the role strengthens operational discipline, audit preparedness, and continuous improvement within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Essential Functions

  • Provide administrative support aligned with Global Quality Management (QMS) processes and documentation standards
  • Manage controlled document handling, record retention, archival, and version control in compliance with quality requirements
  • Support audit and inspection readiness by maintaining accurate logs, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate document flow, approvals, and communication across quality and cross-functional teams
  • Oversee mailroom and correspondence handling with focus on secure and compliant document transfer
  • Support facility compliance, ensuring hygiene, safety, and infrastructure meet quality and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance expectations
  • Maintain administrative records, reports, and trackers to support quality reviews and audits
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and governance requirements within administrative processes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance documentation control and operational efficiency

Education

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) B. Sc. - Required
  • Master Degree (MS/MA) M.Sc. - Preferred

Experience:

  • 1 year or more in 1 - 4 Years
