Summary

Responsible for the efficient running of the Events Sales Department in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, ensuring the achievement of event revenue targets while maintaining high levels of employee, guest, and owner satisfaction. The role involves leading and driving event sales initiatives, developing strategic client relationships, maximizing catering and event business opportunities, and contributing to overall hotel revenue growth in line with agreed objectives.

Qualifications

Ideally holds a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Event Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Event Sales Manager, Senior Event Sales Executive, or similar role. Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, administrative competence, and outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
