Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Asset Finance Processor to manage end-to-end asset and equipment finance applications for Australian brokers and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Australian asset finance, loan packaging, credit assessment, lender policies, and broker platforms.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, financial analysis skills, strong stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple applications within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Finance Processing

• Manage asset finance applications from initial submission through approval and settlement.
• Prepare and package accurate and compliant finance applications.
• Review client information, financial documents, and supporting documentation.
• Complete Fact Finds, servicing calculations, pricing comparisons, and application assessments.
• Handle applications for chattel mortgages, novated leases, equipment finance, and commercial finance.
• Research lender policies and identify suitable finance solutions.
• Monitor application progress and ensure timely approvals and settlements.

Client & Broker Coordination

• Conduct client interviews and gather required financial information.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, lenders, BDMs, and other stakeholders.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and application requirements.
• Resolve application queries and documentation issues promptly.
• Provide regular updates to brokers and clients regarding application status.

CRM & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and broker platforms.
• Manage applications through Infynity, Mercury Nexus, AFG, or similar systems.
• Complete BID documentation and maintain compliance records.
• Ensure all application information and supporting documents are accurate and up to date.
• Assist with valuations, reports, scheduling, calls, and other administrative activities.

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure applications comply with Australian lending policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review applications for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Maintain high documentation and processing standards.
• Identify potential issues and proactively resolve them before they impact approval timelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in Australian Asset / Equipment Finance Broking Support.
• Australian Asset Finance experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Australian asset finance lending policies.
• Understanding of commercial and consumer lending guidelines.
• Hands-on experience with loan packaging and credit processes.
• Strong knowledge of chattel mortgages, novated leases, equipment finance, and commercial finance.
• Good financial analysis and servicing calculation skills.
• Experience with Australian asset finance aggregators such as Connective.
• Experience with broker platforms/CRMs such as Mercury Nexus.
• CRM experience with Infynity will be preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and strict deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Proactive in resolving application issues and documentation gaps.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Capable of managing high-volume work while maintaining quality.
• Hindi/Gujarati language skills will be an added advantage.
