Senior Analyst Sales Excellence

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to support reporting and data processes within the Sales Excellence GCC team. This role will focus on maintaining dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting ongoing improvements in reporting tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Power BI dashboards and reporting files
• Perform data uploads, refreshes, and adjustments
• Conduct data validation and quality checks
• Implement minor updates to reports (formatting, basic logic changes)
• Support preparation and structuring of datasets for reporting
• Assist in automation of simple processes using Excel and Power BI
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager on technical execution
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, FP&A, or data-related roles
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, data manipulation)
• Basic knowledge of Power BI (navigation, updates, refresh)
• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
• Willingness to learn and develop technical capabilities
• Fluent English, with the ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
