Job Purpose
Self-sourcing of Agri & Allied Business.
Ensuring timely collection of PDD, submission of Call Memo & LAD.
Cross-selling other banking products.
Job Responsibilities
Sourcing and Business Generation:
Sourcing proposals from individual farmers, co-operative societies, rural mandis & markets, Kisan Clubs, Farmer Producer Organizations.
Conducting marketing activities for new business.
Achieving assigned targets.
Increasing penetration of KGC Business in existing and new villages.
Sourcing business from farmers and actively involving in Government Schemes.
Ensuring DBT seeding in all accounts.
Sourcing business from pre-approved/pre-qualified base.
Relationship Building And Customer Support
Providing pre and post disbursement support to Customers.
Organizing & creating awareness among customers on various banking products.
Liaising with existing customers for building relationships.
Following up with Tehsil / SRO for charge creation or collection of land records.
Housekeeping & Portfolio Management
Submission of Post Disbursement Documents (PDD).
Collection & Submission of LAD (digital mode preferred).
Cross Sell
Opening of Liability accounts.
Cross-selling asset / TPP as guided by Relationship Manager.
Promotion of digital platforms (NetBanking, Mobile Banking, PayZapp, Insta Alert, Smart Buy).
Others
Any other task assigned by seniors.
Educational Qualifications
Graduate
Key Skills
Basic understanding of Banking Products & Processes.
Persuasion & Selling Skills.
Good Team spirit.
Time Management.
Proficiency in local language.
Proactive & focused approach.
Experience Required
1-3 years’ experience in Financial Services/ Agri input companies/ FPO is preferable.
Basic knowledge of agriculture/ crops.
