About the Role
The Sales Manager – Cross Sell SME is responsible for acquiring SME customers through cross-sell initiatives across designated branches. The role also includes catchment mapping, gathering customer feedback, and identifying new business opportunities. The incumbent will play a key part in driving client acquisition, deepening relationships, and maximizing customer lifetime value to support broader organizational goals.
