Position: Sales Manager – Consumer Durable Loans

Experience: 3–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Consumer Durable Loans through dealer, merchant, and retail channels.
• Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Generate business through existing and new dealer/merchant networks.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth processing.
  
  

• 3–7 years of experience in Consumer Durable Finance / Retail Finance / Consumer Loans.
• Strong experience in dealer/merchant/channel sales.
• Good network with consumer durable dealers and retailers will be preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to drive business independently.
