We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Sales Head to lead the sales function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, expanding market reach, and ensuring achievement ofbusiness targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- For B2B Sales &Store Operations
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand customer base
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and productivity
Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management
Oversee handling of walk-in customers, inquiries, and key account management
Ensure proper follow-up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and emails
Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution
Plan and execute exhibitions, promotional activities, and sales campaigns
Ensure proper showroom management, product display, and brand presentation
Set sales targets, KPIs, and ensure timely achievement
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues effectively
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strategic thinking with a result-oriented mindset
Strong customer relationship management skills
Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve sales performance
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM, and sales tools
Decision-making and problem-solving skills
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred
8–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 4–5 years in a leadership role
Experience in B2B / garment / fashion / industry preferred
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams
