Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and various digital platforms
  • Focus on CPA firms, accounting firms, and SMEs located in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities
  • Establish initial contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Comprehend client needs and recommend appropriate KPO solutions
  • Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients
  • Create proposals, presentations, and pricing models
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes
  • Keep precise records of leads, opportunities, and client communications
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and provide progress updates to management
