Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities

– Write, review, and execute manual and automated test cases.

– Follow established testing processes and ensure adherence to project guidelines.

– Perform various types of testing including System, Sanity, Regression, and Cross-Browser testing.

– Conduct testing across Web and Mobile applications.

– Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, SNOW, and Azure DevOps.

– Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure product quality.

– Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

– Continuously learn and explore new testing frameworks, tools, and processes.

– Ensure adherence to software quality standards and processes.

– Engage in exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and edge cases.

– Provide feedback and suggestions for product improvement based on testing results.

– Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, etc.

– Understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts.

Skills Required

– Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing practices.

– Experience in writing and executing test cases.

– Familiarity with different testing types (system, sanity, regression, cross-browser).

– Hands-on experience in Web and Mobile device testing.

– Knowledge of Agile methodology and testing practices in agile projects.

– Experience with tools like MS Azure, JIRA.

– Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

– Eagerness to learn and grow within testing and automation domains.
