Job Title: Project Planning & Risk Analysis Engineer

Experience: 3-4 years
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Required Skills:
Mandatory hands-on experience with Project Analyzer and XER Toolkit.
Knowledge of Primavera P6 project schedules and XER files.
Knowledge of VB scripting / VBA for automation.
Understanding of civil engineering and on-site construction activities.
Experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Knowledge of quality checks, project analysis, and risk assessment.
Experience in project reporting and documentation.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Primavera P6 schedules using Project Analyzer and XER Toolkit.
Identify schedule discrepancies, delays, dependencies, and project risks.
Perform project quality checks and schedule analysis.
Prepare project analysis reports and recommendations.
Automate reporting and repetitive tasks using VB scripting.
Coordinate with project planners, site engineers, and project management teams.

HR Screening Note: Prioritize candidates with hands-on experience in both Project Analyzer, Primavera P6 and XER Toolkit.
