Responsibilities

Our project managers will be responsible for collaborating with vendors and clients to introduce smooth workflows and manage all orders, requirement lists, and others. We also expect our project managers to work closely with different tower leads and resolve conflicts between all team members.

Requirements

This individual should have appropriate technical and managerial skills, leadership qualities, decision-making and conflict resolution qualities, a sense of responsibility and accountability, a more profound understanding of project details and requirements, skills to orchestrate different workflows based on deadlines, etc. Furthermore, they should be aware of various organizational requirements, policies, and skills to meet all compliances.
