We are looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about solving complex problems and building products that delight customers.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Customer Success, and Engineering. You will own the evolution of our field operations platform by understanding customer needs, identifying product opportunities, defining new capabilities, and guiding engineering teams through successful delivery.
Unlike an implementation or project management role, the Product Owner owns what gets built and why, ensuring the platform continues to evolve while helping Customer Success leverage existing capabilities to solve client problems.
This position requires strong product thinking, excellent communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to balance customer requests with long-term product strategy.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Discovery
Understand customer business processes and operational challenges.
Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions when product expertise is required.
Analyze customer pain points and identify opportunities to improve the platform.
Recommend solutions using existing platform capabilities whenever possible.
Identify feature gaps and define new product enhancements.
Balance customer-specific requests with long-term product strategy.
Partner with Product Leadership to prioritize roadmap initiatives.
Product Definition
Create and manage Product JIRA stories and epics.
Write clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
Define workflows, user experiences, and business rules.
Collaborate with UX and Engineering on solution design.
Review Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and proposed workflows.
Ensure solutions align with platform architecture and long-term scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Customer Success throughout client implementations.
Provide guidance on platform capabilities and best practices.
Support workflow discussions and solution design.
Work closely with Engineering during development and implementation.
Clarify requirements and answer functional questions throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature reviews.
Feature Delivery
Own product features from concept through release.
Validate completed features before release.
Perform functional testing alongside Engineering.
Ensure delivered functionality meets customer and business requirements.
Communicate feature readiness, timelines, and release updates to Customer Success.
Customer Partnership
Act as the product subject matter expert during strategic customer discussions.
Help evaluate implementation approaches.
Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
Support complex client implementations requiring product expertise.
Continuous Product Improvement
Monitor customer feedback and adoption trends.
Identify opportunities to improve usability, workflows, and platform capabilities.
Recommend enhancements that increase scalability and reduce implementation effort.
Contribute to long-term product vision and roadmap planning.
Qualifications
Required
4+ years of Product Management experience within enterprise SaaS.
Experience gathering and translating business requirements into product features.
Experience writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience working with Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written English communication.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Preferred
Experience with configurable enterprise software platforms.
Experience supporting customer implementations.
Familiarity with mobile applications (iOS, Android, or PWA).
Experience with workflow-based or inspection-based applications.
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data mapping concepts.
Experience working with U.S.-based customers.
Familiarity with 508 Compliance.

Working Model
Core collaboration hours: 3:00 PM IST – 12:00 AM IST
Regular interaction with U.S.-based Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
