Job Description
- Plan and manage piling activities including bored piles, driven piles, and sheet piles.
- Coordinate with geotechnical engineers and structural teams to validate pile designs and layouts.
- Supervise site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of piling tasks.
- Monitor equipment usage (e.g., piling rigs, cranes) and ensure proper maintenance.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, soil reports, and method statements.
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of piling depths, concrete volumes, and test results.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct load tests and integrity tests as required.
- Strong understanding of geotechnical principles and soil mechanics.
