🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Paraplanner to support financial advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA), conducting strategy research, and ensuring compliance with Australian financial planning regulations.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of financial planning, superannuation, insurance, and investment strategies, along with excellent communication and report-writing skills.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA) in accordance with Australian financial planning standards
• Conduct research on investment, superannuation, retirement, insurance, and wealth management strategies
• Assist financial advisers in developing client-specific financial plans and recommendations
• Analyze client financial information and prepare supporting documentation
• Ensure advice documents comply with ASIC regulations, compliance frameworks, and Best Interest Duty (BID) requirements
• Liaise with advisers and internal teams to gather information and complete advice documentation
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
• Stay updated on Australian financial planning legislation, regulatory changes, and industry developments
• Support ongoing client review processes and strategy updates

🔹 Qualification

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Paraplanning or Australian Financial Planning support
• Strong experience preparing SOAs and ROAs
• Sound knowledge of:
• Superannuation
• Personal Insurance
• Investments
• Retirement Planning
• Wealth Management Strategies
• Understanding of Australian financial planning regulations, including:
• ASIC Compliance Requirements
• Best Interest Duty (BID)
• Advice Documentation Standards
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong analytical, research, and report-writing abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy

Experience : 2 - 3

Timing : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Working Shift : Day Shift (Onsite)
