Job Overview

We are looking for an Order Delivery Executive who will be responsible for ensuring the timely and smooth delivery of links through our Marketplace. You will be the key point of contact between our platform and publishers, ensuring that all link deliveries are completed on time and without any issues or escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with publishers through the Marketplace to ensure timely link delivery for all orders.
• Proactively follow up with publishers to avoid delays and maintain a clear line of communication.
• Ensure all links delivered meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues or potential escalations related to link deliveries in a timely and professional manner.
• Track the progress of orders and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Maintain and update order records for smooth reporting and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any technical or operational challenges.
• Ensure clear and concise communication in English.
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Hands on experience on Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle several orders simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with publishers and internal teams.
• Previous experience in order management, client coordination, or a similar role is a plus.
