Microsoft Power BI Developer

Exp: 3 – 5 years

Location : Ahmedabad (Science City Road)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data insights.
• Build and manage data models, data transformations and ETL processes.
• Develop DAX measures, calculations, and KPIs to support business reporting and analytics requirements.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL Server, Excel, APIs, ERP and CRM systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, report reliability and optimal dashboard performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve report and data refresh issues.
• Implement data security standards and role-based access controls within Power BI.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption of Power BI solutions.
• Work closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements are understood and solutions are delivered effectively.
  
  

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and business intelligence solutions with international and domestic clients.
• Technical Skills
• Power BI: Power BI Desktop & Service, DAX, Power Query, Paginated Reports.
• Data: SQL/SQL Server, Data Modeling, ETL, ERP/CRM integrations.
• Security & Performance: RLS, Role-Based Access, Performance Optimization.
• Cloud & Analytics: Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory. Python/R is an advantage.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering, client coordination, task planning, progress tracking, risk identification and successful project execution.
• Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
