New business development, Achieving Sales targets as set by management, Ensuring profitability of accounts

handled, Support for developing sales strategy and business plans.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Brand Building, Product positioning with long-term vision.
• Plan advertising and promotional activities, including Social Media.
• Pricing, building a mechanism to track market prices, duly backed up by a tailor-made database and
• developing mechanism for price discovery for company's products; Setting up an independent market
• research team.
• Strategic thinking for higher NSR with higher volume.
• Team Handling, Lead a team of sales managers/executives including region in-charges.
• Evaluate, review, analyze and monitor periodic sales reports, potential sales, and client base expansion.
• Sales forecasting and sets goals for the team accordingly.
• Coordination with various functional heads at JSW Plants and head office for timely execution of orders and financial closure of deals.
• Handle quality issues and resolve customer complaints timely.
