What You’ll Be Doing

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound strategies.
• Generate qualified leads and build a consistent sales pipeline.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  
  

Sales Pipeline Management

• Maintain and nurture a healthy pipeline through regular follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
• Update lead status and sales activities in CRM tools.
  
  

Client Engagement

• Understand client requirements and present suitable IT service solutions.
• Coordinate with the Business Development team for smooth lead handover.
• Assist in initial client interactions and meeting coordination.
  
  

Collaboration & Market Research

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong experience with cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Understanding of IT Services or Software Development services is preferred.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
