Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Innovate: Build, maintain, and enhance robust web applications using the latest versions of Laravel, PHP, and modern frameworks, focusing on clean, efficient, and high-quality code.
• Autonomous Execution: Take ownership of tasks, translating ideas and guidelines into actionable solutions with minimal supervision.
• Collaborative Development: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features that drive product growth.
• Optimize & Troubleshoot: Continuously optimize application performance while resolving complex issues to maintain smooth user experiences.
• API & Socket Integration: Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and real-time features using WebSockets to expand application capabilities.
• Database Management: Design and manage relational databases, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and security.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and offering valuable feedback.
• Code Quality: Write unit and integration tests, create reusable code libraries, and contribute to building a scalable, sustainable codebase.
• Docker & Deployment: Use Docker for containerization and efficient environment management, streamlining the deployment process.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously explore emerging trends and tools in Laravel and web development. Apply best practices to ensure modern, future-proof solutions.
  
  

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in PHP and Laravel development (Laravel 12, PHP 8.3+).
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and advanced OOP principles.
• Experience with real-time features and WebSockets.
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
• Sound knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ideally Vue.js/React.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS (EC2, S3, RDS) is a plus.
• Excellent debugging skills, fast problem-solving abilities, and a natural instinct for quick technical decision-making.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment.
