Job Summary

A Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with an organization’s most important clients. The goal is to maintain long-term partnerships, drive revenue growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Act as the main point of contact for major accounts
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Identify opportunities for account growth (upselling/cross-selling)
Negotiate contracts and close agreements
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver solutions
Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
Track market trends and competitor activities
