Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain SaaS integrations and automation workflowsAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutionsDefine integration logic, data flows, and transformation rules between systemsImplement monitoring, error handling, retries, alerts, and logging for production integrationsTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues related to workflow logic, data flow, and platform behaviorOptimize existing integrations for performance, scalability, and reliabilityWork across multiple iPaaS platforms and adapt quickly to new tools and frameworksCollaborate with internal teams and customers to clarify requirements and manage change requestsDocument integration workflows, configurations, and operational proceduresEnsure integrations follow security, access control, and data handling best practicesTake ownership of assigned integrations and ensure ongoing stability and supportContinuously learn and adopt new automation, integration, and AI-related toolsWilling to work in shift (PST - rotation)

Must Have Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skillsExperience working with SaaS applications and cloud-based systemsUnderstanding of integration concepts, automation logic, and data flowsAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues and reason through edge casesComfortable learning new tools and technologies in a fast-changing environmentGood communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven attitude
