Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Information Security Manager to manage and strengthen our organizations information security posture, with a primary focus on the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.Who can take ownership of our M365 security environment and proactively identify and address security risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve security across Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.

• Implement and manage MFA, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Identity Governance and Zero Trust security controls.

• Manage Microsoft Defender solutions and investigate security alerts, threats and incidents.

• Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Sensitivity Labels, Information Protection and Retention Policies.

• Secure corporate endpoints and devices using Microsoft Intune.

• Conduct security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities and drive remediation.

• Develop and maintain security policies, standards and incident response procedures.

• Work closely with IT and business teams to improve overall security posture and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security / Cybersecurity.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Security.

• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA and PIM.

• Experience with Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Defender security solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, DLP and Information Protection.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint security.

• Good understanding of Incident Response, IAM, Cloud Security and Security Governance.

• Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or CIS is preferred.

Preferred Certifications

SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, CISSP or CISM.
