Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Generalist (Fresher) to support the Human Resources function. This role is ideal for candidates at the beginning of their HR career who are looking to gain practical exposure across core HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination
• Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
• Address routine employee queries and provide administrative HR support
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  
  

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
• 0–1 year of relevant HR experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
