Handle end-to-end recruitment .

• Source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring. Admin Work :40% 1. Vendor Management & Negotiation
• Coordinate with vendors regarding services, pricing, quotations, and operational requirements.
• Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive rates and cost-effective services.
• Discuss service-related issues, pending requirements, and payment terms with vendors.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.
• Maintain vendor relationships and records of quotations, negotiations, and agreements. 2. Keka Software & Store Ticket Management
• Monitor daily tickets and issues raised by Medkart stores through Keka software.
• Understand store-related issues and coordinate with the concerned vendors or internal teams for resolution.
• Follow up on open and pending tickets until closure.
• Ensure timely updates to the concerned stores regarding ticket status.
• Maintain proper records of tickets, actions taken, and resolution status.
