About Tech First Gulf
(TFG)
Tech First Gulf is a value-added IT distributor
across the Middle East and Africa, connecting 35+ technology vendors with
6,500+ channel partners in 14+ countries through 18+ offices and a team of
200+. Its portfolio spans cybersecurity, enterprise IT infrastructure, volume
solutions, unified communications, audio-visual and extra-low-voltage. The
Group Finance team works from Dubai, Noida and Ahmedabad and supports entities
across the GCC, KSA, East and West Africa, Egypt, French-speaking Africa and India
Accurate and
timely day-to-day accounting entries in SAP for TFGs GCC entities.
Key responsibilities
· Book AP invoices (trade and
non-trade) and payment entries from the Treasury bank sheet
· Book customer collections daily
and keep customer accounts reconciled
· Book rebates, credit notes and
debit notes as approved
· Non-trade AP: prepare payment
vouchers for Treasury and handle supplier emails and queries
· Supplier and customer account
reconciliations
· Petty cash and credit card
entries
· Support month-end close with
accruals, schedules and supporting documents
Working conditions
Based in India,
with working hours flexed to overlap with the UAE, and extended hours around
month-end.
Requirements
· B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with
2–4 years in accounts
· SAP Business One or similar
ERP; good Excel
· Accuracy, follow-through and
clear email communication with suppliers and internal teams
