Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Channel & Industrial Support)

Role Overview:

Act as the technical and sales support for the Channel Sales team by providing pre-sales and post-sales assistance, conducting customer demonstrations, and strengthening channel relationships. The role also focuses on lead generation, market intelligence, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and sales support to channel partners and customers
  • Conduct product demos, installations, and site visits
  • Drive lead generation through events, application-based marketing, and new product initiatives
  • Build and manage strong relationships with electrical channel partners
  • Support channel onboarding and development
  • Handle customer and internal queries efficiently
  • Prepare product comparisons and competitor analysis
  • Track lead pipeline vs forecast and support conversions
  • Gather market insights and competitor information

Territory:

Regional coverage within overnight travel distance from base location

Education:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience:

2–4 years in Testing/Maintenance (Electrical/Instrumentation)
