This is a junior-level, full-time position available in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Indore, Hyderabad, and Mohali, ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience who are passionate about fashion and customer engagement.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offering expert styling advice and personalized fashion recommendations appropriate for Mothercare clients.
• Guide customers through product selections, ensuring needs are fully understood and delivering tailored solutions in line with current trends.
• Provide exceptional after-sales service and maintain lasting relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the in-store team to maintain visual merchandising and uphold premium store standards at all times.
• Support store promotional campaigns and events, actively participating to drive traffic and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on fashion industry trends, product knowledge, and new arrivals to proactively share information with customers.
• Assist in maintaining inventory organization and ensure accurate product displays to optimize sales opportunities.
• Provide consultation and wardrobe planning services for mothers and children, ensuring recommendations meet brand quality and style expectations.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to customer satisfaction, escalating when necessary.
