We are seeking a Junior Fashion Consultant for Adidas Kids at Reliance Retail, specializing in delivering superior customer service and fashion advice. This full-time role, located in Ahmedabad or Bangalore, is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, eager to interact with customers, understand fashion trends, and drive retail sales in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications And Skills

• Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and warmly with customers, ensuring exceptional service at every stage.
• Fashion Consulting (Mandatory skill): Confidently assess and recommend apparel and accessories, aligning with the brands image and customer preferences.
• Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth understanding of Adidas Kids product lines, features, materials, sizes, and care instructions for optimal customer guidance.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest childrens fashion trends, including seasonal collections and international influences.
• Fashion consultant: Ability to provide tailored fashion advice and suggest suitable outfit combinations that match customer needs and preferences.
• Retail Sales: Prior experience in a retail environment driving sales, meeting targets, and maximizing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Effective communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to engage customers, build rapport, and ensure clarity in recommendations.

• Greet customers proactively and assist them in selecting outfits, ensuring they receive expert fashion advice tailored to their childrens needs.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Adidas Kids products, upcoming arrivals, and brand initiatives to effectively promote the stores assortment.
• Keep abreast of ongoing childrens fashion trends and communicate these to customers, emphasizing suitable selections for various occasions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and delivering outstanding customer experiences at every interaction.
• Ensure attractive merchandise presentation and replenishment, keeping store displays in line with Adidas guidelines and visual standards.
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and feedback efficiently, resolving challenges to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Collaborate with colleagues on promotional activities and in-store campaigns, supporting events that enhance store footfall and engagement.
• Comply with Reliance Retails operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, stock control, and reporting requirements.
