Job Description

Ankur Textile is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement and sourcing of dyes and chemicals within the textile industry, with strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for dyes, chemicals, and related raw materials.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors/suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers for cost optimization.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams for procurement requirements.
• Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Handle documentation related to procurement activities and maintain records.
• Support inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Work on cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
