Job Description

We are looking for an Operations / Technical Coordination Executive to support customer engagement and operational execution for automotive OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers in the Gujarat automotive belt (Sanand–Becharaji–Vadodara).

The role involves sample coordination, customer interface, internal operations coordination, and support to sales teams to ensure timely execution and higher conversion of business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as local operations coordinator for customers in Gujarat region
• Coordinate sample collection, dispatch, tracking, and documentation
• Liaise with internal labs, testing teams, logistics, and sales
• Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery
• Support sales team in customer visits, technical discussions, and follow-ups
• Maintain operational MIS, sample logs, and status reports
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and customer requirements
• Ensure adherence to the HSE roles, responsibilities & accountabilities as defined in MS-0047700-HSE Roles Responsibilities & Authorities.
• Comply and ensure implementation of the company’s and the customer’s Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Policies and Procedures.

Experience & Further Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / BTech / BSc– Mechanical / Automotive / Electrical (preferred)
• 3–6 years experience in automotive operations, testing, validation, or engineering services
• Exposure to OEM / Tier-1 / Tier-2 customers is an advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
