We are hiring a Growth Analyst who will own end-to-end event planning, data validation, attribution analysis, and reporting across our mobile apps, desktop software, and web landing pages. The role includes defining tracking schemas, validating cross-platform data, analysing campaign performance, and assisting product and marketing teams with insights that improve user behaviour understanding and revenue performance. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, marketing, and data teams to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable analytics across the entire ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain event tracking schemas across mobile, desktop, and web, ensuring clean parameter structures, accurate tracking, and consistent event reliability across all environments.
Review, validate, and troubleshoot event data across Google Platforms, Tools (Adjust, Amplitude, RevenueCat) and Internal Data Platforms.
Manage and QA Google Tag Manager for web-based tracking, event triggers, parameter structures, and debugging issues.
Analyse Google Ads and media buying user-acquisition and attribution data to validate end-to-end performance flows from Ads → Install → Event → Revenue.
Identify and resolve discrepancies across analytics tools, attribution systems, AWS Athena/OpenSearch datasets, and product event sources.
Support product teams with funnel analysis, retention metrics, conversion behaviour, feature performance insights, and A/B testing evaluations.
Collaborate across product, marketing, and engineering teams to maintain data quality, streamline tracking processes, and support decision-making through accurate insights.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Digital Analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with event instrumentation for mobile apps, desktop software, and web environments.
Practical experience with GA4, Firebase, Amplitude, RevenueCat, and basic attribution concepts.
Working knowledge of Google Ads reporting, performance metrics, and campaign analysis.
Experience with Google Tag Manager for web tracking QA and debugging.
Ability to troubleshoot multi-source discrepancies across analytics tools, attribution data, and AWS systems (Athena/OpenSearch).
Basic knowledge of creating dashboards using QuickSight, Looker Studio, Amplitude, or Power BI.
Basic-to-intermediate SQL skills for querying and validation.
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail.
Excellent English communication.
Nice To Have
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical evaluation.
Exposure to Python for basic automation or validation tasks.
Prior experience in product-led, or multi-app environments.
