Purpose of the Role

As Deputy General Manager for Change Management, you will lead the development, deployment, and governance of the company-wide change management framework, ensuring robust control of product and process changes across the lifecycle. You will build organisational capability, drive adoption, secure cross-functional alignment, and

ensure changes are effectively assessed, implemented, and embedded to protect product quality, compliance, and operational performance.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Lead development and continual improvement of the global change management system, processes, tools, and governance framework.
  • Drive standardisation and adoption of change management practices across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Programme functions.
  • Establish robust governance to ensure all changes are consistently assessed, approved, implemented, and verified.
  • Ensure effective integration of change management with problem management, APQP, FMEA, and wider quality systems.
  • Striving for an intuitive, easy to use IT tool that is deeply integrated into the Agratas toolchain and incorporates all necessary guardrails and safeguards.
  • Provide strategic oversight of the change landscape, enabling prioritisation based on risk, impact, and business objectives.
  • Build organisational capability through training, coaching, and development of change management competencies.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of change management specialists and engineers.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment and decision-making for complex, high-impact, or ambiguous changes.

Knowledge Generic

  • 7+ years experience in change management within a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes (APQP, FMEA, problem management, industrialisation).
  • Proven leadership experience, including team development and cross-functional influence.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement governance frameworks and drive company-wide adoption.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making capability.
  • Educated to Degree level in an Engineering or Quality related subject.
  • Experience In The Automotive Industry, preferably In a Tier 1 Supplier Environment
  • Preferred: Experience with PLM, ERP and MES tools.
  • Preferred: Certified 6 sigma Green Belt and Core Tools Certified (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP / Control Plan)
  • Preferred: Experience with SharePoint, PowerApps and Power BI.
  • Nice to have: Experience in a start-up environment.
